整形机上装有抛圆筒，抛圆筒的上入口处呈倒锥形，抛圆筒的侧壁上设有出料口，抛圆筒的内壁上装有环模，环模上设有多个小孔，位于环模处设有转盘，该转盘的下部通过法兰连接有传动轴，传动轴穿过固定在机架上的轴承座在其另一段装有的大轮盘；机架上装有电机，电机的转轴上装有小轮盘，小轮盘与大轮盘之间设有传动带。 转盘在电机的带动下将颗粒滚动，在离心的作用下与抛圆筒内的环模撞击摩擦后形成大小均匀的圆形颗粒
