　　 该机应用范围广，适用于医药、化工、食品、工农等行业上万种物料，如：奥美拉唑制丸、阿斯匹林制丸、饲料酶制丸、硫酸钠制丸、复方氨酚烷制、农药颗粒、催化剂、复合VB2薄膜制丸等等。通过将粉体物料与粘合剂混合，制成适宜的软材, 再将软材挤压成柱状颗粒后放入球形抛丸机制成圆球度极高的球形颗粒，最后用干燥设备干燥掉多余水份，取得所需要的球形颗粒。

      This machine has a wide range of applications and is suitable for tens of thousands of materials in industries such as medicine, chemical, food, and agriculture, such as omeprazole pellets, aspirin pellets, feed enzyme pellets, sodium sulfate pellets, compound aminophene pellets, pesticide granules, catalysts, and composite VB2 film pellets. By mixing the powder material with the adhesive, a suitable soft material is made. The soft material is then extruded into cylindrical particles and placed in a spherical shot blasting machine to form highly spherical particles. Finally, excess water is dried using a drying equipment to obtain the desired spherical particles.

工作原理Working principle

     将前道工序做成的湿颗粒投入旋转离心盘内，使湿颗粒受到环隙空气浮力、旋转离心力、自身重力作用，呈环形绳股状运动，从合理方向通过多流体喷枪向运动料层喷入配方液，从而形成圆球度很高的球丸，原理与旋转流化床类似。

    The wet particles made in the previous process are placed into a rotating centrifugal disc, which is subjected to the buoyancy of air in the annular gap, rotating centrifugal force, and self gravity, forming a circular rope like motion. The formula liquid is sprayed into the moving material layer from a reasonable direction through a multi fluid spray gun, thereby forming high spherical pellets. The principle is similar to that of a rotating fluidized bed.
