　　 LMF系列粉碎整粒机适用于制药、食品、精细化工加工工业，符合GMP规范的物料粉碎整粒加工设备。本机全部采用不锈钢材料制造。

The LMF series crushing and pelletizing machine is suitable for the pharmaceutical, food, and fine chemical processing industries, and is a material crushing and pelletizing processing equipment that complies with GMP standards. This machine is entirely made of stainless steel material.

工作原理Working principle

　  加工的原料进入粉碎整粒机的进料口后，落入锥形工作室 ，由旋转回转刀对原料起旋流作用，并以离心力将颗粒甩向筛网面，同时由于回转刀的高速旋转与筛网面产生剪切作用，颗粒在回转刀与筛网间被粉碎成小颗粒并经筛网孔排出。粉碎的颗粒大小，由筛网的目数，回转刀与筛网之间的间距以及回转转速的快慢来调节。

   After the processed raw materials enter the feeding port of the crushing and pelletizing machine, they fall into the conical working chamber. The rotating rotary knife swirls the raw materials and throws the particles towards the screen surface with centrifugal force. At the same time, due to the high-speed rotation of the rotary knife and the shear effect on the screen surface, the particles are crushed into small particles between the rotary knife and the screen and discharged through the screen hole. The size of the crushed particles is adjusted by the mesh size of the sieve, the distance between the rotary blade and the sieve, and the speed of rotation.
