  无重力混合机由卧式筒体、传动机构、双轴搅拌桨叶组成，并可选配破碎棒；工作时，双轴相对反向旋转带动不同角度的桨叶将物料沿轴向、径向循环翻动，在高线速度的作用下物料被抛起处于失重（即无重力）状态后落下，抛起和落下时物料交叉混合达到均匀。出料口分为大开门式和小开门式，大开门式出料快捷无残留。本机的优点是适用范围广、混合均匀度高、混合时间短。

The gravity free mixer is composed of a horizontal cylinder, a transmission mechanism, and dual axis mixing blades, and can be optionally equipped with crushing rods; During operation, the dual axis relative reverse rotation drives the blades at different angles to circulate and flip the material along the axial and radial directions. Under the action of high linear velocity, the material is thrown up and in a weightless (i.e. weightless) state before falling down. When thrown up and falling down, the material is cross mixed to achieve uniformity. The discharge port is divided into large door type and small door type, and the large door type discharge is fast and residue free. The advantages of this machine are wide applicability, high mixing uniformity, and short mixing time.

工作原理operational principle

  无重力混合机装载着两根同时异向向外旋转的平行桨叶轴，每根轴上搭载十字桨叶，在驱动装置的同步作用下，两根的十字桨叶轴的运行轨迹成相交关系，且错位啮合。驱动装置驱使桨叶轴快速旋转，旋转的桨叶产生离心力，将物料有效抛洒至筒内上空部分，达到抛物线的最高点后下落（抛物线的最高点也称为瞬间无重力状态），物料再受桨叶的驱赶，在筒体内往复循环混合，并受双轴的啮合空间混合、剪切、分离，致使物料快速混合均匀。

Under the synchronous action of the driving device, the running trajectories of the two cross blade shafts intersect and mesh in a staggered manner. The driving device drives the propeller shaft to rotate rapidly, and the rotating propeller blades generate centrifugal force, effectively throwing the material into the upper part of the cylinder. After reaching the highest point of the parabola, it falls (the highest point of the parabola is also known as the instantaneous state of no gravity). The material is then driven by the propeller blades to mix back and forth in the cylinder, and is mixed, sheared, and separated by the meshing space of the two axes, resulting in rapid and even mixing of the material.

二.可靠的驱动配置

  无重力混合机根据物料性质、启动方式、以及搅拌方式配置不同能力、不同功率、不同输出转速的驱动装置。双轴式无重力混合机由于内部桨叶成啮合关系，配置的双轴驱动动力需具备同步能力，我司设计多种驱动形式可用于不同物料需求需求。

三.高效的搅拌装置

  无重力混合机根据不同的物料性质可对双轴桨叶进行适应性调整。 如：增设耐磨搅拌叶片、增设四氟搅拌叶片、锯齿形搅拌叶等无重力混合机可增设高速破碎轴于筒体内部，配合搅拌物料流起打散作用。

  无重力混合机常规配置双门式翻板大开门出料阀，完全贴合筒体弧面，确保搅拌无死角，使混合物料更加均匀。

  The gravity free mixer is equipped with different driving devices with different capabilities, powers, and output speeds based on the material properties, starting method, and mixing method. Due to the meshing relationship between the internal blades of the dual axis gravity free mixer, the configured dual axis driving power needs to have synchronous capability. Our company designs multiple driving forms to meet different material requirements.

3、 Efficient mixing device

  The gravity free mixer can adaptively adjust the dual axis blades according to different material properties. For example, adding wear-resistant mixing blades, PTFE mixing blades, serrated mixing blades, and other gravity free mixers can add a high-speed crushing shaft inside the cylinder to cooperate with the mixing material flow for dispersion.

4、 Excellent discharge device

  The conventional configuration of the gravity free mixer is a double door flip plate large door discharge valve, which fully fits the curved surface of the cylinder, ensuring that there are no dead corners during mixing and making the mixed materials more uniform.
