  The double helix conical mixer is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, fertilizers, oil fields, refining, pesticides, veterinary drugs, coatings, pigments, dyes and additives, metallurgy, smelting, refractory materials, mining, building materials, electronic plastics, feed, animal husbandry, medicine, biotechnology, food, health products, ceramics, glass, and new materials, nuclear materials, etc. It is used for solid-solid (i.e. powder to powder) mixing, solid-liquid (i.e. powder to liquid) mixing, and liquid-liquid (i.e. liquid to liquid) mixing. The product has the characteristics of short mixing time, high production capacity, uniform mixing, low usage cost, high efficiency, and convenient and fast unloading. This machine has a wide adaptability to mixtures, and does not produce layering and segregation when mixing thermosensitive materials. It does not crush or grind granular materials, and also has good adaptability to the mixing of various particles, fibers, or sheet-like materials such as coarse, fine, and ultrafine particles.


工作原理operational principle

   混合机由两根非对称螺旋的快速自转,物料向上提升,形成两股非对称沿筒壁由下向上的螺旋物料流(见图A、B)。转臂带动的螺旋公转运动,使螺旋外的物料不同程度进入螺柱包络线内,一部分物料被错位提升,另一部分物料被抛出螺柱,从而达到全圆周方位物料的不断更新扩散,被提到上部的两股物料再向中心凹穴汇合,形成一股向下的物料流,补充了底部的空穴,从而形成对流循环。(见图C、D)由于上述运动的反复,物料在较短的时间内获得了均匀混合,混合程度较高。

The mixer is composed of two asymmetric spirals that rotate rapidly, lifting the material upwards, forming two asymmetric spiral material flows along the cylinder wall from bottom to top (see Figures A and B). The spiral revolution movement driven by the rotating arm causes the materials outside the spiral to enter the envelope line of the screw to varying degrees. Some materials are displaced and lifted, while the other part is thrown out of the screw, achieving continuous updating and diffusion of materials in all circumferential directions. The two materials lifted to the upper part then converge towards the central concave cavity, forming a downward material flow that supplements the bottom cavity, thus forming a convective cycle. Due to the repeated movements mentioned above, the materials were uniformly mixed in a short period of time, resulting in a high degree of mixing.

A、混合效果

  标准型锥形螺旋混合机有两根搅拌螺旋,实际应用中根据设备规格大小可以采用单(一根长螺旋)、双(长短各一两根不对称螺旋)、三(两短一长对称布置)根螺旋。

B、冷却加热
  可在混合机筒体外增加夹套,通过向夹套内注入冷热介质来实现对物料的冷却或加热;冷却一般泵入工业用水,加热可通入蒸汽或电加热导热油。

C、加液混合
  在混合机中间轴位置通入喷液管,连接雾化喷嘴,可实现加液混合;通过选择特定材质,可以加入酸、碱性液料进行粉液混合。

D、耐压强度
  筒盖可做成穹顶,在减少残留便于清理的同时,可以提高混合机筒体部分的耐压强度,在需要混合机筒体耐压时多采用此设置。

E、进料方式
  可以人工投料、真空上料机进料、输送机械进料。在特定的工艺中可将混合机筒体做成负压仓,使用软管将流动性好的干燥物料吸进混合仓进行混合,可避免物料加料环节中的残留和污染。

F、出料方式
  标准型设备一般采用梅花状“错位阀”,此阀与长螺旋底部贴合紧密,有效减少混合死角,驱动形式有手动和气动可选;根据用户需要,也可加装蝶阀、球阀、星形卸料器、边出料等。

1. Mixing effect

  The standard conical screw mixer has two mixing screws. 2. Cooling and heating

  A jacket can be added outside the mixer barrel to cool or heat the material by injecting hot and cold media into the jacket; Cooling is generally pumped into industrial water, while heating can be carried out by steam or electric heating of heat transfer oil.

3. Mixing with liquid

  Inject a spray pipe at the intermediate shaft position of the mixer and connect it to the atomizing nozzle to achieve liquid mixing; By selecting specific materials, acid and alkaline liquid materials can be added for powder liquid mixing.

4. Pressure resistance strength

  The cylinder cover can be made into a dome, which reduces residue and facilitates cleaning, while also improving the compressive strength of the mixing machine cylinder. This setting is often used when the mixing machine cylinder needs to withstand pressure.

5. Feeding method

  It can be manually fed, fed by vacuum feeding machine, and fed by conveying machinery. In specific processes, the mixer cylinder can be made into a negative pressure chamber, and a flexible hose can be used to suck dry materials with good fluidity into the mixing chamber for mixing, which can avoid residue and pollution in the material feeding process.

6. Discharge method

  Standard equipment generally adopts a plum blossom shaped "misalignment valve", which is tightly attached to the bottom of the long spiral, effectively reducing mixing dead angles. The driving form is available in manual and pneumatic modes; According to user needs, butterfly valves, ball valves, star shaped dischargers, and edge discharge devices can also be installed.
