  高速搅拌混合机是专为粉体料混合而研制的高速高效混合机设备，解决了食品、制药等行业多年来将各种粉体原料加水均匀混合成湿料的工艺问题。之前大多生产厂家都采用槽形混合机、V形混合机、二维混合机、三维混合机等混合设备，但都有混合时间长、混合不均匀，小团圆及小块比较多的通病，制成的产品有色差、味道及成分含量不一样，从而使产品质量不稳定，外观不美观。

  High speed mixing machine is a high-speed and efficient mixing equipment specially developed for powder material mixing, which solves the process problem of uniformly mixing various powder raw materials with water into wet materials in the food, pharmaceutical and other industries for many years. Previously, most manufacturers used mixing equipment such as slot mixers, V-mixers, two-dimensional mixers, and three-dimensional mixers, but they all had common problems such as long mixing times, uneven mixing, and more small lumps and small pieces. The resulting products had color differences, different tastes, and varying ingredient content, which led to unstable product quality and unattractive appearance.

工作原理operational principle

  快速搅拌混合机由底部送料叶浆和高速碎料叶浆组成。送料叶浆将底部物料连续不断沿筒壁向上送料。高速碎料叶浆将料叶浆送来的物料彻底打碎，使物料循环形成旋涡状，在较短时间内达到将物料混合均匀的目的。    

  The rapid mixing mixer consists of bottom feeding blade slurry and high-speed crushing blade slurry. The feeding blade slurry continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall. The high-speed crushing blade slurry thoroughly crushes the material sent by the blade slurry, causing the material to circulate and form a vortex shape, achieving the goal of mixing the material evenly in a short period of time.

设备特点Equipment characteristics

• 混合时间短，每次混合150-250-500公斤粉料只需3-10分钟；   

• 清洗简单，只要把水加入料斗，开机旋转，然后把水放出，即可清洗干净；    

• 由于离心力的作用，底部送料叶浆将底部物料沿筒壁连续不断向上送料，上部物料由中心向下回落，使物料循环形成旋涡状。 

• 高速碎料叶浆将送料叶浆送来的块状物料彻底打碎。  

• 由于上述二种叶浆的高速旋转，所以能使物料在较短时间内达到混合均匀的目的，其混合速度和均匀速度是国内各种混合机无法达到的、混合后的物料中间无颗粒状，混合均匀速度达百分之百；  

• 加料、放料非常方便，加料时把原料、小料、水一次性加进，然后盖上盖子按设定时间开机搅拌。放料时只要抽出插板，开机或点动即可使料完全放出。这样在操作上既简单又卫生，不用手去接触原料；  

• 该机物料接触处均用不绣钢制作，在混合过程中不会产生物料挥发、变质和流失

• 该机适用将不同比例的干性、湿性物料混合均匀，特别适用于粉体、颗粒、超细粉末状物料，药品冲剂、饮料冲剂等多种复杂混合物料的搅拌。

•  立式快速搅拌混合机的密封结构经过精心设计，密封性能可靠，维修拆装方便，全部齿轮经过热处理，使用寿命长。

• Cleaning is simple, just add water to the hopper, turn it on and rotate it, and then drain the water to clean it thoroughly;

• Due to the centrifugal force, the bottom feeding blade slurry continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall, while the upper material falls back from the center, causing the material to circulate and form a vortex.

• The high-speed crushing blade slurry thoroughly crushes the block like material sent by the feeding blade slurry.

• Due to the high-speed rotation of the two types of leaf pulp mentioned above, the material can be mixed uniformly in a short period of time. The mixing speed and uniform speed cannot be achieved by various domestic mixers. The mixed material has no particles in the middle, and the uniform mixing speed reaches 100%;

• Adding and discharging materials are very convenient. When adding materials, add the raw materials, small materials, and water all at once, then cover the lid and start stirring according to the set time. When discharging, simply pull out the plug, turn on or jog to fully discharge the material. This is both simple and hygienic in operation, without the need for hands to touch the raw materials;

• The material contact points of this machine are all made of stainless steel, and there will be no material volatilization, deterioration, or loss during the mixing process

• This machine is suitable for mixing dry and wet materials of different proportions evenly, especially suitable for stirring various complex mixed materials such as powders, particles, ultrafine powder materials, pharmaceutical granules, beverage granules, etc.

• The sealing structure of the vertical rapid mixing mixer has been carefully designed, with reliable sealing performance, convenient maintenance and disassembly, and all gears have undergone heat treatment, resulting in a long service life.
