  三维混合机用于制药、化工、食品、轻工、电子、机械、矿治、国防工业以及科研单位的粉状、颗粒状物料的高均匀度混合，和其他混合机不同，三维混合机的轴承和料筒连接的部位在料筒外部，物料不会接触到轴承，不会造成物料污染。由于三维混合机的混合筒多方向运动，使各种物料在混合过程中，加速了流动和扩散作用，物料无离心力作用，无比重偏析及分层，积聚现象，无死角。物料可有悬殊的比重，混合率达99.9%以上，本机可根据用户需要配装变频调速器。

The 3D mixer is used for high uniformity mixing of powdered and granular materials in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining, national defense industry, and scientific research institutions. Unlike other mixers, the bearings of the 3D mixer are connected to the outside of the barrel, and the materials do not come into contact with the bearings and do not cause material pollution. Due to the multi-directional movement of the mixing cylinder in the 3D mixer, various materials accelerate their flow and diffusion during the mixing process. The materials have no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation and layering, no accumulation phenomenon, and no dead corners. The material can have a significant proportion, with a mixing rate of over 99.9%. This machine can be equipped with a frequency converter according to user needs.

工作原理operational principle

  三维混合机由机座、调速电机、轴、回转连杆及筒体等部分组成。装料的筒体在主动轴的带动下作平移动及摇滚等复合运动，促使物料沿着筒体作环向、径向和轴向的三向复合运动，从而实现多种物料的相互流动扩散、掺杂，以达到高均匀度混合的目的。

  The three-dimensional mixer consists of a base, a speed regulating motor, a shaft, a rotary connecting rod, and a cylinder. The loaded cylinder moves horizontally and in a combination of rock and roll motion driven by the active shaft, promoting the material to move in a three-dimensional combination of circumferential, radial, and axial directions along the cylinder, thereby achieving the mutual flow, diffusion, and doping of multiple materials, and achieving the goal of high uniformity mixing.
