工作原理Working principle

制粒原理Granulation principle：

      造粒机的工作原理是传动装置通过过桥装置带动筒体旋转，且筒体轴线与水平面呈特定夹角；当粉料通过进料口加入筒体内后，开始向筒体内部喷水，湿润的粉料在翻滚的同时，逐渐形成球核，表面湿润的球核在不断翻滚、摩擦、碰撞下，逐渐形成颗粒。

包衣原理：

      仓体顺时针旋转，通过变频器调整仓体的转速，喷枪对锅内颗粒进行喷液，使液体均匀的包覆在颗粒表面，颗粒在仓体旋转的带动下翻滚，同时加热风管向仓体内注入热风，将颗粒表面的液体烘干得到合格的包衣颗粒。本机以合理的控制、稳定的速度和锅内固定导流板使颗粒在锅内形成物流曲线，以满足薄膜包衣的工艺要求。包衣液体是利用高雾化喷枪工作时，高压空气流在喷枪内腔形成负压，包衣液体在大气压的作用下高速雾化喷洒到颗粒表面上。

The coating liquid is a high-pressure air flow that forms a negative pressure in the inner chamber of a high atomization spray gun during operation. Under the action of atmospheric pressure, the coating liquid is rapidly atomized and sprayed onto the surface of particles.
