   This machine is a granulator that produces cylindrical particles with the same growth rate from powders. It is suitable for industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, granules, chemicals, solid beverages, health products, pesticides, batteries, water treatment, feed, etc. The particle size and hardness are adjustable, and the particles are uniform.

工作原理Working principle

    该机利用一对非传动合齿轮作为积压工作部件，其原理为容积式连续压缩剂出造粒。该机对物料的适应范围更广，颗粒强度更高，且长短均匀。颗粒形状为圆柱状，直径一般可在2.0-8.0mm之间选择，成粒率≥95%。

This machine uses a pair of non transmission gears as a backlog working component, and its principle is to use a volumetric continuous compression agent for granulation. This machine has a wider range of adaptability to materials, higher particle strength, and uniform length. The particle shape is cylindrical, and the diameter can generally be selected between 2.0-8.0mm, with a particle formation rate of ≥ 95%.
