 沸腾制粒机俗称一步法制粒，是目前制粒工艺中一种重要的制粒方法，沸腾制粒机的主要功能是混合、制粒和干燥。由于三道工序在同一密闭容器中完成，故又称为一步制粒机。 本机在不使用喷雾功能时，可做为独立的沸腾干燥机使用，由于具有以上功能，所以广泛适用于制药、食品、饲料、轻工、化工等行业中的制粒与干燥，成品颗粒可供压制药片或作颗粒状冲剂。

    Boiling granulator, commonly known as one-step granulation, is an important granulation method in current granulation processes. The main functions of boiling granulator are mixing, granulation, and drying. Due to the fact that the three processes are completed in the same closed container, it is also known as a one-step granulator. When the spray function is not used, the machine can be used as an independent boiling dryer. Because of the above functions, it is widely used for granulation and drying in pharmaceutical, food, feed, light industry, chemical industry and other industries. The finished particles can be used for pressing pharmaceutical tablets or granular granules.

工作原理Working principle

    物料粉末粒子，在原料容器（流化床）中呈环形流化状态。受到经过净化后的加热空气预热和混合，将粘合剂溶液雾化喷入，使若干粒子聚集成含有粘合剂的团粒，由于热空气对物料的不断干燥，使团粒中的水分蒸发，粘合剂凝固，此过程不断重复进行，形成理想的、均匀的多微孔球状颗粒。

    The material powder particles are in an annular fluidized state in the raw material container (fluidized bed). After being preheated and mixed with purified heated air, the adhesive solution is atomized and sprayed in, causing several particles to aggregate into agglomerates containing adhesive. Due to the continuous drying of the material by hot air, the moisture in the agglomerates evaporates, and the adhesive solidifies. This process is repeated continuously, forming ideal and uniform multi porous spherical particles.
