工作原理operational principle

本机由筛箱、振动源及减震器三大部分组成.振动机架与筛箱连接有4-12组软橡胶减震器上下固定、生产离心力,由减震器控制浮动振幅,使物料有一个向下抛震和向下分曾过滤的过程,从而达到最佳分级过筛的效果.

This machine consists of three main parts: a screen box, a vibration source, and shock absorbers. The vibration frame is connected to the screen box with 4-12 sets of soft rubber shock absorbers fixed up and down to produce centrifugal force. The shock absorbers control the floating amplitude, allowing the material to have a downward throwing and filtering process, thereby achieving the best grading and screening effect

设备特点Equipment characteristics

l 振动筛是一种适合潮湿细粒级难筛物料干法筛分的振动筛分机械设备，是目前国内处理难筛物料的振动筛分机械设备。振动筛具有大振幅、大振动强度、较低频率和弹性筛面的工艺特点。

l 工作过程中始终保持最大的开孔率，从而筛分效率高、处理能力大，筛板更换方便，降低了成本。振动筛超大筛面和大处理能力可满足现场的生产需要。

l 振动筛筛子的结构采用多段筛面振动而筛箱和机架不参与振动的运动方式，使筛子实现了大型化。

l 该机结构应简单，操作维修方便，体积小，处理量大，噪音低，抗腐蚀，低故障，寿命长，耗能低，清洗无死角，无粉尘飞扬，完全按照GMP要求设计。

l 设备材质符合GMP规范，材质的厚度≧3mm。

l 表面处理：外观简洁、光滑平整、无死角、易清洁。

l Vibration screen is a type of mechanical equipment suitable for dry screening of wet and fine-grained difficult to screen materials. It is currently the vibration screen mechanical equipment used in China to handle difficult to screen materials. The vibrating screen has the process characteristics of large amplitude, high vibration intensity, low frequency, and elastic screen surface.

l The machine should have a simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, small size, large processing capacity, low noise, corrosion resistance, low failure, long service life, low energy consumption, no dead corners during cleaning, no dust flying, and be designed in full accordance with GMP requirements.

l The material of the equipment complies with GMP specifications, and the thickness of the material is ≥ 3mm.
