工作原理operational principle

LMZD系列震荡筛，它是由马达和主轴间的橡胶绕性联轴器，主轴两端双偏心激振重块，悬吊筛箱和连接机座的“橡胶抗震架”三部份组成整个振荡系统。振动器与机架以非线性橡胶绕性连接，调整双偏心激振重块的不同的相位角，就能得到筛选不同原料的特性。那时，物料不但受水平的离心力作用，而且受到垂直方向力的作用，使物料形成复合运动轨迹，产生旋涡，相位角越大，旋涡越大。

LMZD-系列型振荡筛，分单层敞口式和双层密闭式二种，单层敞口式筛，即普通型过滤筛，用于大颗粒比例不多的物料筛旋。双层密封式筛，即涡卷型过滤筛，用于连续去掉过大颗粒的物料筛选。振荡筛的组成，由筛箱、传动、振动室、机座四部份组成。

1.筛箱：筛箱由筛框、筛网、筛网架、夹箍、迷宫式、密封圈及出料盘组成，筛子和出料盘是通过四只特殊的快开式夹头固定，装拆调换筛网，只需扳下四只快开式手柄，即可脱下筛箱中的全部零件，至复原装好，全过程只需1-2分钟时间，这种特殊的结构，对设备的操作、清洗、维护保养及为方便，这种筛箱可以适应固体或液体原料的过筛。出料盘的开口与平夹角为23度，具有出料容易，筛选能力大等优点。

2.传动激振装置是由电机、三角皮带、橡胶挠性联轴器，主轴两端可调节的双偏心重块组成，这种可调节的双偏心重块激振装置，通过橡胶挠性联轴器来启动，其优点是设备在起动和停机时，缓慢平稳，无冲击现象，物料在筛网上不会破坏。

3.振荡室，振荡室是由主轴承，振动器，振动器的悬吊装置组成、悬吊装置由上、下各三套“橡胶抗震架”组成，上面三套振动器安装在主轴承座上，下面三套振动器安装在机座上、下三套振动器的连接，是通过低碳钢悬吊棒连接，这种浮动悬吊式抗震结构使设备运转平稳，噪音低，筛粉效果高，对机座影响小。

4.机座：机座由机身及底座二部分组成，底座下装有四只可自由转动的脚轮。移动方便、灵活。机身设计为圆锥体。紧固稳定，工作时不移位。机座上开有检查门，通过它可以检修电器，传动部件，调节下偏心块的相位角及振幅。

3. The oscillation chamber is composed of the main bearing, vibrator, and suspension device of the vibrator. The suspension device consists of three sets of "rubber seismic frames" on top and bottom respectively. The top three sets of vibrators are installed on the main bearing seat, and the bottom three sets of vibrators are installed on the machine base. The connection between the three sets of vibrators is through low-carbon steel suspension rods. This floating suspension seismic structure makes the equipment operate smoothly, has low noise, and high powder screening effect, Has little impact on the machine base.

4. Machine base: The machine base consists of a body and a base, with four freely rotating casters installed under the base. Convenient and flexible to move. The fuselage is designed as a cone. Secure and stable, without shifting during operation. There is an inspection door on the base, through which electrical appliances and transmission components can be inspected, and the phase angle and amplitude of the lower eccentric block can be adjusted.

偏心块的调节Adjustment of eccentric block
