工作原理operational principle

LMYB摇摆筛是一种仿人工摇动的低频旋振筛，把平面圆周运动──筛和向上抛物运动──簸结合起来，形成了非线性三维翻滚运动，使物料再筛面上从中心到外缘均匀分散，即物料以渐开螺旋运动从中心分散开来进而完成筛分作业。这种运动轨迹使物料在相对较小的筛面上走过相对较长的路径，从而提高筛分精度和效率，再配合清网装置可获得更加理想的筛分效果，使设备适用于圆形状、圆柱状、片状以及不规则形状易堵网且需要精细筛分的物料。

LMYB rocking screen is a low-frequency rotary vibrating screen that mimics manual shaking. It combines the circular motion of the screen and the upward parabolic motion to form a nonlinear three-dimensional rolling motion, which evenly disperses the material from the center to the outer edge on the screen surface. In other words, the material is dispersed from the center in a gradually opening spiral motion to complete the screening operation. This movement trajectory allows the material to travel a relatively long path on a relatively small screen surface, thereby improving screening accuracy and efficiency. Combined with a cleaning device, more ideal screening effects can be achieved, making the equipment suitable for materials with circular, cylindrical, sheet, and irregular shapes that are prone to clogging and require fine screening.
