 LMJG系列中药浸膏专用喷雾干燥机是离心式喷雾干燥技术在特定物料干燥中的应用，该干燥设备是专门用来解决中药浸膏和植物提取液的喷雾干燥机，它有效地解决了原LPG系列高速喷雾干燥机在中药浸膏干燥中出现的粘壁、焦化、收粉率低、产量低等问题。

工作原理operational principle

 空气经空气过滤器后进入空气加热器，当空气加热器到给定的温度后以切线方向进入热风分配器，经热风分配器作用后的空气，均匀地、螺旋式地进入干燥室，同时料液由雾化器雾化为20~60um的雾滴，当雾滴与热空气接触后就迅速汽化干燥为粉末或颗粒产品。采用旋风风离器直接收集后经气力输送至效料仓，完成物料的冷却及输送，废气由风机排出口经水沫除尘器排出。

After passing through the air filter, the air enters the air heater. When the air heater reaches the given temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. The air, after being operated by the hot air distributor, enters the drying chamber uniformly and spirally. At the same time, the material liquid is atomized into 20-60um droplets by the atomizer. When the droplets come into contact with the hot air, they quickly vaporize and dry into powder or particulate products. The cyclone air separator is used to directly collect the waste gas, which is then pneumatically transported to the material bin to complete the cooling and transportation of the material. The waste gas is discharged from the fan outlet through the water mist dust collector.

3、塔体、管路配有快开清洗孔及排污孔；    

4、自动控制恒温加料罐；

5、手工高压洗塔随机附件；

6、与物料接触的部分采用不锈钢材料制作（或全不锈钢制造）；

7、物料收集采用两级旋风除尘装置，或一级旋风除尘器和湿式除尘器；

8、进风温度实现自动控制及连续装置。
