带式干燥机是成批生产用的连续式干燥设备。用于透气性较好的片状、条状、颗粒状物料的干燥。对于脱水蔬菜、中药饮片等含水率高、而物料温度不允许高的物料尤为合适，该系列干燥机具有干燥速度快、蒸发强度高。产品质量好的优点，对脱水滤饼类的膏状物科，需经造粒制成棒状后亦可干燥。

Belt dryer is a continuous drying equipment used in batch production. Used for drying sheet, strip, and granular materials with good breathability. This series of dryers is particularly suitable for materials with high moisture content, such as dehydrated vegetables and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, and the temperature of the materials is not allowed to be high. They have fast drying speed and high evaporation intensity. The advantage of good product quality is that for the paste like substances of dehydrated filter cakes, they need to be granulated into a rod shape and can also be dried.

工作原理operational principle

物料由加料器均匀地铺在网带上，网带一般采用12-60目不锈钢丝网，由传动装置拖动在干燥机内移动。干燥机由若干单元组成，每一单元热风独立循环，部分尾气由专门排湿风机排出，废气由调节阀控制，热气由下往上或由上往下穿过铺满物料的网带完成热量与质量传递的进程，带走物料水份。网带缓慢移动，运行速度可根据物料温度自由调节，干燥后的成品连续落入收料器中。上下循环单元根据用户需要可灵活配备，单元数量亦可根据需要选取。

The materials are evenly laid on the mesh belt by the feeder, and the mesh belt is generally made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is dragged by the transmission device to move inside the dryer. The dryer consists of several units, each with independent circulation of hot air. Part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated dehumidification fan, and the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom to complete the process of heat and mass transfer, taking away the moisture of the materials. The mesh belt moves slowly, and the operating speed can be freely adjusted according to the material temperature. The dried finished product continuously falls into the receiver. The upper and lower loop units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected according to needs.

l 可以调节空气量、加热温度、物料停留时间及加料速度以取得最佳干燥效果。

l 设备配置灵活，可使用网带冲洗系统及物料冷却系统。

l 操作灵活，湿物料进入机内后，干燥过程在完全密封的箱体内进行，劳务条件较好，避免粉尘的外泄。

l 干燥物料随同传送带移动时，物料颗粒间的相对位置比较固定，具有基本相同的干燥时间，对于物料色泽变化或含水率要求均匀的某些干燥过程来说，非常适合，此外，物料在设备里受到的振动和冲击很轻微，物料颗粒不易破碎，因此也适合干燥某些不允许破碎的物料。  

l 不仅可以对物料进行干燥，有时还可对物料进行培烤，熟化或冷却等处理操作。

l 独特的分风装置，使热风分布更加均匀，确保产品品质的一致性。 

l 结构简单，安装方便，能长期运行，发生故障时，可进入箱体内部检修，维修方便。

l Flexible operation, after wet materials enter the machine, the drying process is carried out in a completely sealed box, with good labor conditions to avoid the leakage of dust.

l When drying materials move along with the conveyor belt, the relative position between the material particles is relatively fixed, with basically the same drying time. It is very suitable for some drying processes where the material color changes or the moisture content is required to be uniform. In addition, the materials are subject to slight vibration and impact in the equipment, and the material particles are not easy to break, so it is also suitable for drying some materials that are not allowed to break.

l Not only can materials be dried, but sometimes they can also be subjected to processing operations such as roasting, ripening, or cooling.

l The unique air distribution device ensures a more even distribution of hot air and consistency in product quality.

l The structure is simple, easy to install, and can operate for a long time. In the event of a malfunction, it can be accessed inside the box for easy maintenance.

应用范围Application scope

脱水蔬菜、颗粒饲料、味精、鸡精、椰蓉、有机颜料、合成橡胶、丙烯纤维、药品、小木制塑料制品、电子元器件老化、固化、碳酸钙 、白炭黑染料等。

Dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, coconut, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, acrylic fiber, pharmaceuticals, small wooden plastic products, aging and curing of electronic components, calcium carbonate, white carbon black dyes, etc.
