    该机引进国外全套设计资料，具有新颖、高效、节能、性能独特等特点。本厂是国内规模较大，检测设备齐全，较早生产该混合设备的专业厂家，历年获重合同、守信用单位称号。搅拌部分为通轴单桨，单桨上的桨叶角度设计极为合理巧妙，单桨旋转时，物料上下翻滚，同时桨叶通过物料，向混合槽左右两侧产生一定角度的推挤力，使得混合槽内任何一角落物料都不可能静止，从而使物料混合均匀。本机采用端面密封、调节密封螺母、补偿轴向压力的密封方法。

The mixing section is a single blade with a straight shaft, and the blade angle design on the single blade is extremely reasonable and clever. When the single blade rotates, the material rolls up and down, and at the same time, the blade generates a certain angle of pushing force towards the left and right sides of the mixing tank through the material, making it impossible for any corner of the material in the mixing tank to remain stationary, thereby making the material mixed evenly. This machine adopts a sealing method of end face sealing, adjusting sealing nuts, and compensating axial pressure.

工作原理operational principle

  本机通过机械传动，使S式搅拌浆旋转，推动物料往复翻动，均匀混合，操作时采用电气控制，可设定混合时间，到时自动停机，电动倒料，从而提高每批物料的混合质量，达到高均匀度的混合。

  This machine uses mechanical transmission to rotate the S-type mixing slurry, pushing the materials to flip back and forth for uniform mixing. Electrical control is used during operation, and the mixing time can be set. When the time comes, the machine will automatically stop and electrically pour the materials, thereby improving the mixing quality of each batch of materials and achieving high uniformity of mixing.

槽形混合机结构特征Structural characteristics of slot mixer

1、本机为整体机座，结构坚固、运转平稳，搅拌桨及物料接触处全用不锈钢制成，有良好的耐腐蚀性，保持物料的质量和清洁，不致变色。

2、传动机构采用蜗轮、蜗杆直接传动，使用时无过大响声，并有足够的储油量，能得到良好的润滑。

槽形混合机构造说明Construction instructions for slot mixer

1、搅拌减速器Mixing reducer

  本减速器系为混合机之主要传动结构，它位于机器右侧，工作时由装置在机座机内的电动机通过三角带传动蜗杆、蜗轮，以1：40的减速带动搅拌机。蜗轮轴为空心并装有固定键，能使搅拌桨自由装拆。减速器顶上装有2个圆环螺钉，为装拆、安装使用。端盖上装有一个螺钉为高速搅拌桨定位，在出厂时已调整，一般在使用中不必再调。

  This reducer is the main transmission structure of the mixer, located on the right side of the machine. During operation, it is driven by an electric motor installed in the machine through a V-belt to drive the worm gear and worm gear, and drives the mixer at a 1:40 speed reduction. The worm gear shaft is hollow and equipped with a fixed key, which allows the mixing blade to be freely installed and removed. There are two circular ring screws installed on the top of the reducer for assembly, disassembly, and installation purposes. The end cover is equipped with a screw for positioning the high-speed mixing blade, which has been adjusted at the factory and generally does not need to be adjusted during use.

2、混合槽mixing tank

  混合槽为U形体，采用不锈钢制造，内装搅拌桨，它横卧在搅拌减速器与倒料减速器上。

The mixing tank is U-shaped and made of stainless steel. It is equipped with a stirring blade and is horizontally positioned on the mixing reducer and the feeding reducer.

3、倒料减速器Invert reducer

  倒料减速器为控制混合槽之定位角度，它位于机器左侧，工作时由装置在机座内的电动机通过三角带传动蜗杆、蜗轮，带动混合槽在一定的角度范围旋转，使混合物料一次倒出。

  The feeding reducer is located on the left side of the machine to control the positioning angle of the mixing tank. During operation, the electric motor installed in the machine base drives the mixing tank to rotate within a certain angle range through a triangular belt drive worm and worm gear, allowing the mixture to be poured out in one go.

4、机座及电动机装置Machine base and motor device

  机座为一整体结构，电动机装在机座内两旁的活动板上，电动机的上下可用螺杆进行调整，使三角带得到一定的松紧，保持传动力。

The base is a complete structure, and the electric motor is installed on the movable plates on both sides of the base. The upper and lower parts of the electric motor can be adjusted with screws to ensure a certain degree of elasticity of the triangular belt and maintain power transmission.
