    A stirring kneading granulator is a granulation equipment that can manufacture materials into circular particles. The machine utilizes the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously mix, granulate, spheroidize, and compact fine powder materials in the machine, thereby achieving the purpose of granulation. 工作原理Working principle

    利用高速回转的机械搅拌力及由此产生的空气动力，使细粉状料在机内连续实现混合，成粒、球化、致密等过程，从而达到造粒的目的。颗粒形状为球形，球形度≥0.7，粒径一般在0.3-5毫米之间，成粒率≥93百分比，颗粒直径的大小可通过物料混合量和主轴转速适当调节，通常混合量越低，转速越高，颗粒越小，反之亦然。

By utilizing the mechanical stirring force of high-speed rotation and the resulting aerodynamic force, the fine powder material is continuously mixed, granulated, spheroidized, and compacted in the machine, thereby achieving the goal of granulation. The particle shape is spherical, with a sphericity of ≥ 0.7 and a particle size generally between 0.3-5 millimeters. The particle formation rate is ≥ 93%. The size of the particle diameter can be adjusted appropriately by the material mixing amount and the spindle speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount and the higher the speed, the smaller the particle, and vice versa.

适用范围Applicable scope

    该机尤其适用于轻质细粉物料的造粒。细粉物料的基本微粒越细，颗粒的球形度越高，成球质量越好。典型应用物料：草碳，污泥，牛、羊、鸡、猪粪便发酵，秸秆发酵，药渣发酵，种平菇使用过的残物，生活垃圾发酵等。

   This machine is particularly suitable for granulating lightweight fine powder materials. The finer the basic particles of fine powder materials, the higher the sphericity of the particles, and the better the quality of the pellets. Typical application materials: grass carbon, sludge, fermentation of cow, sheep, chicken, and pig manure, straw fermentation, medicinal residue fermentation, residues used in mushroom cultivation, fermentation of household waste, etc.
