滚筒造粒机是复合肥设备行业的关键设备之一，适用于冷、热造粒以及高、中低浓度复混肥的大规模生产。其工作方式为团粒湿法造粒，通过一定量的水或蒸汽，使原料在筒体内调湿后进行充分化学反应，在一定的液相条件下，借助筒体的旋转运动，使物料粒子间产生挤压力团聚成球。筒体采用特殊的橡胶板内衬或耐酸不锈钢衬板，实现了自动除疤、脱瘤，取消了传统的刮刀装置。盖特转鼓造粒机具有成球强度高、外观质量好、耐腐蚀、耐磨损、能耗低、使用寿命长、操作维修方便等特点。

    The drum granulator is one of the key equipment in the compound fertilizer equipment industry, suitable for cold and hot granulation as well as large-scale production of high, medium and low concentration compound fertilizers. Its working method is wet granulation of pellets, which involves a certain amount of water or steam to wet the raw materials inside the cylinder and undergo sufficient chemical reactions. Under certain liquid phase conditions, with the help of the rotational motion of the cylinder, the material particles are compressed and agglomerated into balls. The cylinder body is lined with special rubber plates or acid resistant stainless steel plates, achieving automatic scar removal and tumor removal, eliminating the traditional scraper device. The Gete drum granulator has the characteristics of high ball forming strength, good appearance quality, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low energy consumption, long service life, and convenient operation and maintenance.

工作原理Working principle

物料由进料口进入旋转筒体的前端，设在筒体前端的进汽管喷出一定压力的水蒸汽。由于进汽管喷头位于物料底部，且蒸汽喷出来时有一定的压力，因此使物料均匀地获得一些水分而结成较小的颗粒。由于筒体有一定的斜度，这些小颗粒在重力和衬板摩擦力的作用下，不断地在筒体圆周和轴线方向运动，在运动中小颗粒逐渐结成一定规格的大颗粒。

    The material enters the front end of the rotating cylinder through the feeding port, and the steam inlet pipe located at the front end of the cylinder sprays a certain pressure of water vapor. Due to the fact that the nozzle of the steam inlet pipe is located at the bottom of the material and there is a certain pressure when steam is sprayed out, it allows the material to uniformly obtain some moisture and form smaller particles. Due to the slope of the cylinder, these small particles continuously move in the circumferential and axial directions of the cylinder under the action of gravity and lining friction, gradually forming large particles of certain specifications during movement.

适用范围Applicable scope

    滚圆造粒机适用于制药、食品、化工、农业、畜牧业、肥料、陶瓷、钢铁等各行业，特别是肥料、有机肥行业，主要用于粉体制作圆形和偏圆型颗粒。

 设备特点Equipment characteristics

（1）在转鼓内的料层内通入蒸汽以提高造粒物料的温度，使造粒物料的盐类溶解，实现低水分含量下获得高液相量以满足物料成粒所需之 液相量，同时降低了干燥工序的蒸发水量。

    Steam is introduced into the material layer inside the drum to increase the temperature of the granulation material, dissolve the salts of the granulation material, and achieve high liquid content at low moisture content to meet the liquid content required for material granulation. At the same time, the evaporation water of the drying process is reduced.

（2）根据需要可往转鼓内的料层通氨，使物料进行反应。

   Ammonia can be introduced into the material layer inside the drum as needed to allow the material to react.

（3）转鼓内壁衬若干软胶板或聚丙烯板，筒体上相应位置开有通气孔，当内衬随着筒体同时由下方转到上方时，由于自重的关系内衬下垂，从而使黏附在内衬上的物料因重力而落下，达到自动清理结料的作用。

    The inner wall of the drum is lined with several soft rubber or polypropylene sheets, and there are ventilation holes at corresponding positions on the cylinder body. When the inner lining rotates from bottom to top with the cylinder body, the inner lining sags due to its own weight, causing the materials adhered to the inner lining to fall due to gravity, achieving the function of automatic cleaning of aggregates.

（4）在运行当中操作人员可随时观察物料成球的情况，根据需要及时采取相应的措施，保证系统的正常运转。

    During operation, operators can observe the balling of materials at any time and take corresponding measures as needed to ensure the normal operation of the system.

（5）生产原料适应性广泛：对低溶解度（普钙、氯化钙、硫酸铵、硫酸钾、氯化钾等）和高溶解度（尿素、硝铵、磷铵等）等原料可按要求任意配合使用，还可搭配一些有机质及中微量元素。

    Wide adaptability of production raw materials: low solubility (calcium superphosphate, calcium chloride, ammonium sulfate, potassium sulfate, potassium chloride, etc.) and high solubility (urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium phosphate, etc.) raw materials can be used in combination according to requirements, and can also be combined with some organic matter and trace elements.

（6）产品品种：可生产各种中低浓度氮、磷、钾养分总含量的无机复合肥、有机肥、有机（无机）复合肥等各系列产品。
