设备简介Equipment Introduction

　物料由重力、振动及螺旋式作用进入包装袋内，采用智能控制的双速阀门控制精度。常规机型配备气动提放袋机构，可在包装较松散物料时，将包装袋进行提放操作。以增加包装袋内物料的密实度，改善包装外观，减小包装袋的体积。与其它机型相比，具有包装重量范围大、精确度高、稳定度高、功耗小的特点。目前已长期成功应用国内碳黑、塑胶、石化等行业。
  The expandable material enters the packaging bag through gravity, vibration, and spiral action, and is controlled by an intelligent dual speed valve for precision. The conventional model is equipped with a pneumatic bag lifting and releasing mechanism, which can lift and release the packaging bag when packaging loose materials. To increase the density of the materials inside the packaging bag, improve the appearance of the packaging, and reduce the volume of the packaging bag. Compared with other models, it has the characteristics of a large packaging weight range, high accuracy, high stability, and low power consumption. Currently, it has been successfully applied in domestic industries such as carbon black, plastics, and petrochemicals for a long time. 

使用方法Usage
　　由操作人员套上包装袋口，将四个吊带挂好，按“允加“按钮，包装机自动提袋后开始快速加料，包装重量接近设定重量值时，自动减速进行精确加料，达到重量设定值后，停止加料并放下包装好的袋子。操作人员松开工捆扎袋口后取走包好的袋子，套上新袋后重复上述过程可进行下一次包装。
The operator puts on the opening of the packaging bag, hangs the four straps, and presses the "allow to add" button. The packaging machine automatically picks up the bag and starts to add materials quickly. When the packaging weight approaches the set weight value, it automatically slows down for precise feeding. After reaching the weight set value, the feeding stops and the packaged bag is placed down. The operator loosens the bag opening and takes away the packaged bag. After putting on the new bag, the above process can be repeated for the next packaging.

扩展性Extensibility 

l 为改善包装环境，搭配小型除尘风机使用，以避免扬尘。 

l 可选配自动夹袋装置，进一步减少人员工作量。

l 可选配振动电机，可在包装过程中对袋内物料进行振动，进而有效提高物料密实度。

l To improve the packaging environment, use a small dust removal fan to avoid dust.

l Optional automatic bag clamping device can be equipped to further reduce personnel workload.

l Optional vibration motor can be equipped to vibrate the materials inside the bag during the packaging process, effectively improving the density of the materials.

颗粒料：医药、化工细颗粒、塑料粒子、PET聚酯、大米、复合肥等。
