工作原理operational principle

当定量包装秤进入自动运行状态后，称重控制系统打开给料门开始加料，该给料装置为快、慢两级给料方式；当物料重量达到快给料设定值时，停止快给料，保持慢给料；当物料重量达到最终设定值时，关闭给料门，完成动态称重过程；此时系统检测夹袋装置是否处于预定状态，当包装袋已夹紧后，系统发出控制信号打开称量斗卸料门，物料进入包装袋中，物料放完后自动关闭称量斗的卸料门；卸空物料后松开夹袋装置，包装袋自动落下；包装袋落下后进行缝包并输送到下一工位。如此循环往复自动运行。

The feeding device adopts two levels of fast and slow feeding methods; When the weight of the material reaches the set value for fast feeding, stop fast feeding and maintain slow feeding; When the material weight reaches the final set value, close the feeding door and complete the dynamic weighing process; At this time, the system detects whether the bag clamping device is in the predetermined state. When the packaging bag is clamped, the system sends a control signal to open the unloading door of the weighing hopper, and the material enters the packaging bag. After the material is placed, the unloading door of the weighing hopper is automatically closed; Release the bag clamping device after unloading the empty material, and the packaging bag will automatically fall down; After the packaging bag is dropped, it is sewn and transported to the next workstation. This cycle operates automatically.

1、本生产线配套机器除注明材料外均为不锈钢，所有机器结构均是按照食品卫生标准选用设计的；
2、与物料接触的容器材质均为食品级SUS304；
3、经常拆洗的结构都采用了易拆件连接，保证交班或者变更产品时候处理卫生方便；
4、本套生产线正常生产时需要1-2名员工。
5、本套机器可按照客户车间需要，选配防爆型。
