气动式真空上料机是利用压缩空气通过真空发生器产生高真空实现对物料的输送,不需要机械式真空泵,具有结构简单、体积小、免维修、噪音低、控制方便、消除物料静电和符合GMP要求等优点。真空发生器产生的高真空,使被输送的物料杜绝了分层现象,保证了混合物料成分的均一性,是压片机、胶囊填充机、干法制粒机、包装机、粉碎机、振动筛等机械自动上料设备。

The pneumatic vacuum feeder uses compressed air to generate high vacuum through a vacuum generator to transport materials without the need for a mechanical vacuum pump. It has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, maintenance free, low noise, convenient control, elimination of material static electricity, and compliance with GMP requirements. The high vacuum generated by the vacuum generator eliminates the phenomenon of layering in the transported materials, ensuring the uniformity of the composition of the mixed materials. It is the preferred equipment for mechanical automatic feeding, such as tablet presses, capsule filling machines, dry granulation machines, packaging machines, crushers, vibrating screens, etc.

工作原理operational principle

当按下“开/关”按键时,压缩空气进入真空发生器,同时料斗的放料门在气缸推动下关闭,料斗中产生真空。真空加料机在真空下形成一股气流,在这股气流的作用下,被输送的物料经软管输送到真空料斗中,一定时间后(上料时间,可调整)压缩空气被关闭,气动真空泵无法产生真空,同时料斗的放料门在气缸推动下开启,真空加料机真空消失,物料从放料门自动放入受料设备中(如压片机,包装机等)。同时,储存在气包中的压缩空气反吹过滤器,过滤器自动清洗;一定时间后(放料时间,可调节),压缩空气重新启动,气动真空泵产生真空,放料门关闭,真空加料机再次加料,周而复始,物料被源源不断地送入受料设备中。

对料位控制的真空加料机,受料设备的料斗中物料通过料位计完成自动加料。当受料设备的料斗高于某一位置时,真空加料机停止动作进入待机状态;当料位低于某一位置时,真空加料机自动启动,完成对受料设备的加料。启动,完成对受料设备的加料。

At the same time, the discharge door of the hopper is pushed open by the cylinder, and the vacuum of the vacuum feeder disappears. The material is automatically placed into the receiving equipment (such as tablet press, packaging machine, etc.) from the discharge door. At the same time, the compressed air backwash filter stored in the air bag automatically cleans the filter; After a certain period of time (adjustable discharge time), the compressed air restarts, the pneumatic vacuum pump generates vacuum, the discharge door closes, and the vacuum feeder feeds again. The material is continuously fed into the receiving equipment.

 The vacuum feeding machine controls the material level, and the material in the hopper of the receiving equipment is automatically fed through the material level gauge. When the hopper of the receiving equipment is higher than a certain position, the vacuum feeder stops and enters standby mode; When the material level is below a certain position, the vacuum feeding machine automatically starts to complete the feeding of the receiving equipment. Start and complete the feeding of the receiving equipment.
