工作原理operational principle

 真空加料机其真空系统采用旋涡气泵,旋涡气泵旋转时,叶轮与叶片之间的空气受到离心力的作用,朝着叶轮边缘运动,随着电机的高速旋转空气被均匀的加速,叶轮旋转所产生的循环气流使空气以螺旋线的形式穿出,所以空气以极高的能量离开气泵以供使用,该旋涡气泵是一种吹气或吸气两用的气泵,在真空加料系统中我们应用了它的吸气原理。

一般来说,粉末密度和颗粒大小决定了应该采用何种方式进行传输.真空传输方法非常适合粉末颗粒,它将粉末颗粒物传输到加工或包装设备中,使用该设备可避免复杂的劳动力投入及环境污染。真空传输系统的运作规则在于必须直接简洁。

传输料斗(上料桶)通常是圆锥体,它的内部有第一过滤装置及振打装置(或反吹装置)。这个上料桶通过一条长的传输管将产品带入其中,当料桶处于漫溢状态时真空泵将通过预先设定的程序自动释放,物料从桶中因为重力的原因而从卸料活瓣落下。当料桶空了之后,真空泵通过预先设定的程序自动工作,卸料活瓣关闭料桶,料桶重新处于真空状态,下一个循环又开始了。然而,在医药品工业或危险品工业中,粉末传输系统必须带有第二个过滤装置,该装置位于真空泵旁。真空传输系统清洗简便迅速,料桶在空着的时候可很快拆下清洗,固定部分的保养很容易,全套设备只有软管和过滤装置需定期检查更换。真空式加料机在国外已经有了几十年的发展过程,在我国的应用也只是近几年的事情,

随着真空加料机技术的发展,现在的真空加料机派生出两大系列,即电动真空加料机采用电动泵为气源,可移动,在没有较大压缩气源的场合比较适用,同时使用费用相对较低。再有就是气动真空式加料机采用射流真空泵,如果在一个工厂或车间需要多台真空加料机时,就需要有较大的压缩气源,所以在选择加料机时要根据自有的条件,选择不同的加料机。真空式加料机操作简单,按动上料机开关上料管道吸料,吸料过程结束;振动装置或反吹装置反吹,以防过滤器堵塞,以上两个过程由时间程序设定控制,这样上料振打或反吹可以循环进行。

Generally speaking, powder density and particle size determine the method of transportation that should be used. Vacuum transportation is very suitable for powder particles, as it transfers powder particles to processing or packaging equipment, which can avoid complex labor input and environmental pollution. The operating rules of vacuum transmission systems must be direct and concise.

The conveying hopper (loading bucket) is usually a cone, which has a first filtering device and a vibrating device (or anti blowing device) inside. This feeding bucket carries the product into it through a long conveying pipe. When the bucket is in an overflow state, the vacuum pump will automatically release it through a pre-set program, and the material will fall from the unloading valve due to gravity in the bucket. After the material barrel is empty, the vacuum pump automatically operates through a pre-set program, the discharge valve closes the material barrel, and the material barrel returns to a vacuum state. The next cycle begins again. However, in the pharmaceutical or hazardous materials industry, the powder transfer system must have a second filtration device located next to the vacuum pump. The vacuum transmission system is easy and fast to clean, and the material barrel can be quickly removed for cleaning when it is empty. The maintenance of the fixed part is easy, and only the hoses and filtering devices of the entire equipment need to be regularly checked and replaced. Vacuum feeding machines have been developing for decades abroad, and their application in China has only been in recent years,

With the development of vacuum feeder technology, two major series of vacuum feeders have emerged. The electric vacuum feeder uses an electric pump as the air source, which is movable and suitable for situations without a large compressed air source. At the same time, the operating cost is relatively low. Another thing is that the pneumatic vacuum feeder uses a jet vacuum pump. If multiple vacuum feeders are needed in a factory or workshop, a larger compressed air source is required. Therefore, when selecting a feeder, different feeders should be selected based on their own conditions. The vacuum feeding machine is easy to operate. Press the feeding machine switch to suck the material in the feeding pipeline, and the suction process is completed; The vibration device or backflow device is used for backflow to prevent clogging of the filter. The above two processes are controlled by time program settings, so that the feeding vibration or backflow can be cycled.
