不适合的物料Unsuitable materials
本机可选用蒸汽、燃气、燃油、燃煤为加热热源,使用范围广泛,可供用户选择。
被处理的物料受到一定的限制,有一定的使用条件:
(1).物料的粒径一般大于0.5mm,小于8mm较为合适。粒径太小易被气流夹带,粒径太大不易流化。
(2).如几种物料混合在一起进性流化床干燥,则要求几种物料的密度比较接近。
(3).含水率过高且易粘结成团的物料,一般不适用。
(4).对产品要求外表美观的物料不宜采用。

工艺流程Technological process
物料自进料口进入机内,在振动力作用下,物料沿水平方向抛掷向前连续运动,热风向上穿过流化床同湿物料换热后,湿空气经旋风分离器(或脉冲式布袋除尘器)除尘后由排风排出,干燥物料由排料口排出,然后收集包装。
