The high-efficiency boiling dryer is used for boiling drying of particle materials with a particle size of 0.1-6mm. 工作原理operational principle

空气经加热净化后，由引风机从LMFTG系列高效沸腾干燥机下部导入，穿过料斗的孔网板。洁净的热风经阀板分配入床体内，从加料器进入的湿物科被热风形成流化状态如煮沸的开水在床体内跳跃，故称为沸腾干燥器机，由于热风与物料广泛接触，因此在较短时间内就可干燥。从床体的一头进入，经过几分钟至几十分钟时间的“沸腾”，自动从床体的另一头流出。在工作室内，经搅拌和负压作用形成流态化，水份快速蒸发后随着排气带走，物料快速干燥。

After being heated and purified, the air is introduced from the lower part of the LMFTG series high-efficiency boiling dryer by an induced draft fan and passes through the mesh plate of the hopper. The clean hot air is distributed into the bed through the valve plate, and the wet material entering from the feeder is formed into a fluidized state by the hot air, such as boiling water jumping in the bed. Therefore, it is called a boiling dryer. Due to the wide contact between the hot air and the material, it can be dried in a relatively short time. Entering from one end of the bed, after several minutes to tens of minutes of boiling, it automatically flows out from the other end of the bed. In the studio, fluidization is formed through stirring and negative pressure, and the water evaporates rapidly before being carried away with the exhaust, resulting in rapid drying of the material.
