  双轴连续搅拌机是在原搅拌机基础上改进后又一种新型设备。主要使用在有机肥料，复混肥料以及火力发电厂的除尘器下,也可供化工冶金、矿山、建材等行业使用。

  The dual axis continuous mixer is a new type of equipment that has been improved on the basis of the original mixer. Mainly used in organic fertilizers, compound fertilizers, and dust collectors in thermal power plants, it can also be used in industries such as chemical metallurgy, mining, and building materials.

工作原理operational principle

  双轴搅拌机利用两根呈对称状的螺旋轴的同步旋转，在输送干灰等粉状物料的同时加水搅拌，均匀加湿干灰粉状物料，达到使加湿物料不冒干灰又不会渗出水滴的目的。

  The dual axis mixer utilizes the synchronous rotation of two symmetrical spiral shafts to transport powdered materials such as dry ash while adding water and stirring, uniformly humidifying the dry ash powder materials, achieving the goal of preventing the humidified materials from emitting dry ash and leaking water droplets.
