  本机一端装有电机与减速机，电机功率通过皮带传给减速机，减速机再通过联国器传给V型桶。使V型桶连续运转，带动桶内物料在桶内上、下、左、右进行混合 ,V型混合机系列产品为V型高效不对称混合机，它适用于化工、食品、医药、饲料、陶瓷、冶金等行业的粉料或颗料状物料的混和。该机结构合理、简单、操作密闭，进出料方便，（人工或真空加料）筒体采用不锈钢材料制作，便于清洗，是企业的基础设备之一。 

   One end of the machine is equipped with a motor and a reducer, and the motor power is transmitted to the reducer through a belt. The reducer is then transmitted to the V-shaped bucket through a coupling. The V-shaped drum is continuously operated to drive the mixing of materials in the drum up, down, left, and right. The V-shaped mixer series products are V-shaped high-efficiency asymmetric mixers, which are suitable for mixing powder or granular materials in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, feed, ceramics, metallurgy, etc. The structure of the machine is reasonable, simple, and the operation is sealed. 工作原理operational principle

  把需混合的几种物料通过真空输送或人工加料投放到“V”形筒内，上好筒盖，开启设备，“V”形筒及搅拌叶片同时转动，旋转的“V”形筒使筒体内物料产生紊乱翻滚混合，高速旋转的搅拌叶片打碎结团物料，使物料在筒体内快速混合。V形混合机工作过程无死角，无沉积，可使混合的物料快速达到均匀一致的效果。V型混合机结构简单，操作容易。外表面和物料接触部分均采用优质不锈钢制造，内外壁抛光处理，造型美观，维护、清洗方便。

  Several materials that need to be mixed are placed into a V-shaped cylinder through vacuum conveying or manual feeding. The cylinder cover is closed, the equipment is turned on, and the V-shaped cylinder and mixing blades rotate simultaneously. The rotating V-shaped cylinder causes the materials inside the cylinder to mix in a turbulent and tumbling manner. The high-speed rotating mixing blades break the agglomerated materials and mix them quickly inside the cylinder. The working process of the V-shaped mixer has no dead corners or sedimentation, which can quickly achieve a uniform and consistent effect of the mixed materials. 应用范围Application scope

  混合机适用于制药、化工、食品等行业两种以上干粉状、颗粒状物料的混和。V型混合机适用面宽，并能根据用户的要求配套强制搅拌器，以适合较细的粉粒、块状、含有一定水份的物料混合之用。
