工作原理Working principle

干粉体通过输送机送入造粒机进料仓,经过锥形螺旋绞龙对粉体进行脱气预压缩后再均匀的送入两个压片辊轮进行压片,粉体经过双辊轮高压挤压形成坚硬片状,然后自动进入破碎系统,破碎机由旋转刀片和筛网组成,片剂经过刀片高速剪切形成小颗粒,颗粒大小由筛网控制,可更换不同孔径的筛网调节颗粒粒径,颗粒破碎完成后自动进入筛分机进行筛选,筛选出的成品颗粒输送到包装机进行包装,筛分出的不合格物料自动进入输送机再次返回造粒机进行二次造粒,整个造粒流程密封循环,自动完成。
