设备特点Equipment characteristics

输送平稳,物料与输送带没有相对运动,能够避免对输送物的损坏。噪音较小,适合于工作环境要求比较安静的场合。结构简单,便于维护。能耗较小,使用成本低。

设备结构Equipment structure

1、波状挡边输送带Wave shaped edge conveyor belt

 在输送机中起曳引和承载作用。波状挡边、横隔板和基带形成了输送物料的“闸”形容器,从而实现大倾角输送。

Plays a traction and load-bearing role in the conveyor. The wavy edges, horizontal partitions, and base belts form a "gate" for conveying materials, thereby achieving high inclination angle conveying.

2、驱动装置Drive device

 是输送机中的动力部分。系由Y系列电动机,ZJ型轴装式减速器,楔块式逆止器组成。

It is the power part of the conveyor. The system consists of Y series electric motors, ZJ type shaft mounted reducers, and wedge type backstops.

3、传动滚筒Drive drum

 是动力传递的主要部件,输送带借其与传动滚筒之间的摩擦力而运行。本系列传动滚筒有胶面和光面之分,胶面滚筒是为了增加滚筒和输送带之间的附着力。

It is the main component of power transmission, and the conveyor belt operates through the friction between it and the transmission drum. This series of transmission drums can be divided into rubber surface and smooth surface. The rubber surface drum is designed to increase the adhesion between the drum and the conveyor belt.

4、改向滚筒Turning drum

 用于改变输送带的运行方向。改向滚筒用于输送带下表面(非承载面)。

Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt. The redirected drum is used for the lower surface (non load bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.

5、压带轮Pressure roller

 用于改变输送带的运行方向,压带轮用于输送带上表面(承载面)。

Used to change the running direction of the conveyor belt, the pressure roller is used for the upper surface (bearing surface) of the conveyor belt.

6、托辊Idler

 托辊用于支承输送带和带上的物料、使其稳定运行。本系列有上平行托辊、下平型托辊两种型式。

Idlers are used to support conveyor belts and materials on them, ensuring their stable operation. This series has two types of rollers: upper parallel rollers and lower flat rollers.

7、托带辊Belt roller

 托带辊用于在凸弧段机架上支承输送带下分支,其支承于挡边输送带两侧的空边上。若干组托带辊形成一个圆弧段用于使输送带改向。托带辊采用悬臂支承。

The supporting roller is used to support the lower branch of the conveyor belt on the convex arc section frame, and it is supported on the empty edges on both sides of the edge blocking conveyor belt. Several sets of conveyor rollers form a curved section to redirect the conveyor belt. The supporting roller adopts cantilever support.

8、立辊Vertical roller

 立辊用于限制输送带跑偏,并安装在上、下过度段机架上。每个过滤段机架上设有4个,上、下分各两个。

Vertical rollers are used to limit the deviation of the conveyor belt and are installed on the upper and lower transition section frames. There are 4 on each filtering section rack, with two on the top and two on the bottom.

 

9、拍打轮清料装置Tapping wheel cleaning device

 用于拍打输送带背面,震落粘在输送带上的物料。

Used to pat the back of the conveyor belt and shake off materials stuck to the conveyor belt.

10、拉紧装置Tensioning device

 它的作用有:1.使输送带具有足够的张力,保证输送带和传动滚筒间不打滑。2.限制输送带在各支承间的垂度,使输送机正常运转。本系列采用螺旋拉紧装置。

Its function is to provide sufficient tension on the conveyor belt to ensure that there is no slipping between the conveyor belt and the transmission drum. 2. Limit the sag of the conveyor belt between various supports to ensure the normal operation of the conveyor. This series adopts a spiral tensioning device.

11、机架、头部漏斗、头部护罩、导料槽、中间架、中间架支腿等Rack, head funnel, head cover, material guide groove, intermediate frame, intermediate frame support legs, etc.

在输送机中分别起支承、防尘和导料作用。本系列中间架支腿有低式、中式和高式三种。下水平段和倾斜只配用低式中间架支腿,而上下水平段根据不同的头架(低式、中式和高式头架)分别配用不同的中间架支腿(低式、中式和高式中间架支腿)。

In the conveyor, it plays a supporting, dustproof, and guiding role. There are three types of intermediate support legs in this series: low, medium, and high. The lower and inclined sections are only equipped with low middle frame legs, while the upper and lower sections are equipped with different middle frame legs (low, medium, and high) according to different head frames.

 

设备布置形式Equipment layout form 

 为获得较好的受料和卸料条件,本机采用“Z”形布置形式。即设有上水平段、下水平段和倾斜段,并在下水平段受料,在上水平段卸料。上水平段与倾斜段之间采用凸弧形段机架连接,下水平段与倾斜段之间采用凹弧段机架相连以实现输送带的圆滑过渡。

1、上水平段:为了适应不同的卸料高度的要求,头架分为低头架(头架高度H0=1000mm),中式头架(头架高度H0=1100~1500mm)和高式头架(头架高度H0=1600~2000mm)。并与之相应,在上水平段分别配用低式凸弧段机架和低式中机架支腿(配用头架高度H0=1000mm),中式凸弧段机架和中式中间架支腿(配用头架高度H0=1100~1500mm),高式凸弧段机架和高式中间架支腿(配用头架高度H0=1600~2000mm)。

2、倾斜段:无论上水平段采用的是低式、中式、或是高式中间架支腿,倾斜段均采用低式中间架支腿。当输送机倾角β≧45°时,推荐采用Ⅱ型低式中间架支腿。

3、下水平段:下水平段采用低式中间架支腿。

To achieve better receiving and unloading conditions, this machine adopts a "Z" - shaped layout. The upper horizontal section and the inclined section are connected by a convex arc section frame, while the lower horizontal section and the inclined section are connected by a concave arc section frame to achieve a smooth transition of the conveyor belt.

1. Upper horizontal section: In order to meet the requirements of different unloading heights, the head frame is divided into low head frames (head frame height H0=1000mm), Chinese head frames (head frame height H0=1100-1500mm), and high head frames (head frame height H0=1600-2000mm). Correspondingly, low convex arc frame and low middle frame support legs (with head frame height H0=1000mm), Chinese convex arc frame and middle frame support legs (with head frame height H0=1100-1500mm), and high convex arc frame and middle frame support legs (with head frame height H0=1600-2000mm) are respectively equipped in the upper horizontal section.

2. Tilt section: Regardless of whether the upper horizontal section uses low, medium, or high intermediate support legs, the tilt section uses low intermediate support legs. When the inclination angle of the conveyor β≧ At 45 °, it is recommended to use Type II low intermediate support legs.

3. Lower level section: The lower level section adopts a low middle frame support leg.

 

设备选型Equipment Selection

输送带的材质有:橡胶、橡塑、PVC、PU等多种材质,除用于普通物料的输送外,还可满足耐油、耐腐蚀、防静电等有特殊要求物料的输送。采用专用的食品级输送带,可满足食品、制药、日用化工等行业的要求。

结构形式有:槽型皮带机、平型皮带机、爬坡皮带机、转弯皮带机等多种形式,输送带上还可增设提升挡板、裙边等附件,能满足各种工艺要求。输送机两侧配以工作台、加装灯架,可作为电子仪表装配,食品包装等装配线。

驱动方式有:减速电机驱动。

调速方式有:变频调速、无极变速。

机架材质有:碳钢、不锈钢、铝型材。

There are various structural forms such as groove belt conveyor, flat belt conveyor, climbing belt conveyor, turning belt conveyor, etc. The conveyor belt can also be equipped with accessories such as lifting baffles and skirts, which can meet various process requirements. The conveyor is equipped with workbenches and light frames on both sides, which can be used for electronic instrument assembly, food packaging, and other assembly lines.

The driving methods include: deceleration motor drive.

The speed regulation methods include: variable frequency speed regulation and stepless speed regulation.

The rack materials include: carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum profiles.
