 埋刮板输送机是一种在封闭的矩形断面的壳体中，借助于运动着的刮板链条输送粉状、小颗粒状、小块状等散料的连续输送设备。因为在输送物料时,刮板链条全埋在物料之中 ，故称为“埋刮板输送机”。

工作原理operational principle

 埋刮板输送机在水平输送时，物料受到刮板链条在运动方向的压力及物料自身重量的作用，在物料间产生了内摩擦力。这种摩擦力保证了料层之间的稳定状态，并足以克服物料在机槽中移动而产生的外摩擦力，使物料形成连续整体的料流而被输送。

 埋刮板输送机在垂直提升时，物料受到刮板链条在运动方向的压力，在物料中产生了横方向的侧面压力，形成了物料的内摩擦力。同时由于下水平段的不断给料，下部物料相继对上部物料产生推移力。这种摩擦力和推移力足以克服物料在机槽中移动而产生的外摩擦阻力和物料自身的重量，使物料形成了连续整体的料流而被提升。

During horizontal conveying, the buried scraper conveyor generates internal friction between materials due to the pressure of the scraper chain in the direction of movement and the weight of the material itself. This frictional force ensures a stable state between the material layers and is sufficient to overcome the external frictional force generated by the movement of the material in the machine groove, allowing the material to form a continuous and integral flow for transportation.

When the buried scraper conveyor is vertically lifted, the material is subjected to pressure from the scraper chain in the direction of movement, which generates lateral pressure in the material and forms internal friction force. At the same time, due to the continuous feeding of materials to the lower section, the lower material gradually exerts a pushing force on the upper material. This frictional and pushing force is sufficient to overcome the external frictional resistance caused by the movement of materials in the machine slot and the weight of the materials themselves, forming a continuous and integral material flow for lifting.

 该机为通用型埋刮板输送机，具有结构简单，重量较轻，体积小，密封性好，安装维修比较方便。它不但能水平输送也能倾斜和垂直输送；不但能单机输送，而且能组合布置，串接输送；能多点加料，也能多点卸料，工艺布置较为灵活。由于壳体封闭， 在输送物料时可以显著改善工作条件，防止环境污染。

不适用以下物料Not applicable to the following materials

1、物料容重：γ=0.2~1.8t/m³；

2、物料温度：t<100°C；

3、含水率：对于一般物料，不得使物料用手捏成团后不易松散；对于含水率增加后会增大粘着性和压结性，不能使物料严重粘附刮板。

4、粒度：物料的粒度与其硬度有关，粒度太大，则不宜输送。

5、通用型埋刮板输送机不适应输送高温的、有毒的、易爆易燃的、磨损性很强的、腐蚀性很强的、粘附性很强的、悬浮性很强的、流动性特好的、坚硬的和脆性很大又不希望被破碎的物料。

5. The universal buried scraper conveyor is not suitable for conveying materials with high temperature, toxicity, explosiveness, flammability, strong wear and tear, strong corrosion, strong adhesion, strong suspension, excellent fluidity, hard and brittle materials that do not want to be broken.
