工作原理operational principle

空气通过过滤器和加热器，进入干燥器顶部的空气分配器，热空气呈螺旋状均匀进入干燥器。料液由料液槽经过滤器由泵送至干燥器顶部的离心雾化器，使料液喷成极小的物状液滴，料液和热空气并流接触，水份迅速蒸发，在极短的时间内干燥为成品。成品由干燥塔底部和旋风分离器排出，废气由风机抽出排出。

Air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer through filters and heaters, and hot air enters the dryer uniformly in a spiral shape. The material liquid is pumped from the material liquid tank through a filter to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the dryer, causing the material liquid to spray into tiny droplets. The material liquid and hot air come into contact in parallel, and the water quickly evaporates, drying into finished products in a very short time. The finished product is discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, while the exhaust gas is extracted and discharged by the fan.

应用范围Application scope

喷雾干燥是液体工艺成形和干燥工业中广泛应用的工艺，适用于从溶液、乳液、悬浮液和可塑性糊状液体原料中生成粉状、颗粒状或块状固体产品。如果成品的颗粒大小、水份含量、堆积密度和颗粒形状等要求严格时，喷雾干燥则是更佳的选择。

化学制品：聚合氯化铝、分散染料、活性染料、有机催化剂、洗衣粉、硫酸锌、二氧化硅、偏硅酸钠、氟化钾、碳酸钙、硫酸剂、硫酸钾、无机催化剂、各种废液、氟化钠（钾）、碱性染料颜料、染料中间体、复合肥、甲醛硅酸、氨基酸、白碳黑等。

塑料树脂：AB、ABS乳液、尿醛树脂、酚醛树脂、密胶（脲）甲醛树脂、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯等。

食品工业：氨基酸、维生素、骨粉、调味品、调味香料、奶粉、富脂奶粉、胳朊、可可奶粉、猪血粉、酱油粉、咖啡、茶、速溶茶、葡  萄糖、山梨酸钾、果胶、香精香料、蔬菜汁、酵母、淀粉类等、代乳粉、燕麦、鸡蛋粉、蛋清（黄）、鸡汁、蛋白质、大豆、花生蛋白质、水解物等。

糖类：玉米浆、玉米淀粉、葡萄糖、果胶、麦芽糖、山梨酸钾等。

Spray drying is a widely used process in liquid process forming and drying industry, which is suitable for generating powder, granular or block solid products from solutions, lotion, suspensions and plastic paste liquid raw materials.
