工程顺序说明Engineering sequence description

    如物料超过5-10mm,使用低温粗碎机→全自动上料机，可设定上料时间和停止时间，料仓满后自动停止→预冷料仓，起初开启液氮阀根据物料预冷数分钟，粉碎室内也可开启预冷，料仓有存料后不必停止预冷，可连续生产，根据主机电流，物料要求，进料机调至最佳速度，在进料电机上调速一般调在慢速上后，在控制柜上用变频调速，如达不到速度，可在调速电机上加速，如送料过快，主机超负荷，进料机会自动停止运转，在控制柜内可调节主机在额定负荷内控制进料机运行或停止→机械式粉碎机机腔内，门盖外可调物料粗度或细度，上面有调节标志，一般根据平时操作经验，开机前先调节→细粉进入不锈钢引风机风量可用变频控制→一级旋风分离器，物料自动进入送料机送出，采用无极变速可调至最佳出料速度。
