工程顺序说明Engineering sequence description

    如物料超过5-10mm,使用低温粗碎机全自动上料机,可设定上料时间和停止时间,料仓满后自动停止预冷料仓,起初开启液氮阀根据物料预冷数分钟,粉碎室内也可开启预冷,料仓有存料后不必停止预冷,可连续生产,根据主机电流,物料要求,进料机调至最佳速度,在进料电机上调速一般调在慢速上后,在控制柜上用变频调速,如达不到速度,可在调速电机上加速,如送料过快,主机超负荷,进料机会自动停止运转,在控制柜内可调节主机在额定负荷内控制进料机运行或停止机械式粉碎机机腔内,门盖外可调物料粗度或细度,上面有调节标志,一般根据平时操作经验,开机前先调节细粉进入不锈钢引风机风量可用变频控制一级旋风分离器,物料自动进入送料机送出,采用无极变速可调至最佳出料速度。

    整过程全部自动流程,全不锈钢制作,结构紧凑,接口法兰采用挟固,拆装方便、快捷,容易清洗,使用液氮,根据物料调节。控制柜有温控表指示,使用过程中多余液氮自动回收到主机粉碎腔内,循环使用,降低成本。在常温下无法粉碎的、物料要求高质量的、本机是新老客户最理想的选择。

In the control cabinet, the host can be adjusted to control the feeding machine to run or stop within the rated load → inside the mechanical crusher chamber, the material thickness or fineness can be adjusted outside the door cover, and there is an adjustment mark on it, Generally, based on normal operating experience, before starting up, adjust the airflow of fine powder entering the stainless steel induced draft fan, which can be controlled by frequency conversion. The first stage cyclone separator automatically enters the feeding machine for material delivery, and the optimal discharge speed can be adjusted using stepless variable speed.

   The entire process is fully automated and made of stainless steel, with a compact structure. The interface flange is clamped, making disassembly and assembly convenient, fast, and easy to clean. Liquid nitrogen is used and adjusted according to the material. The control cabinet is equipped with a temperature gauge for indication. During use, excess liquid nitrogen is automatically recovered into the main crushing chamber for recycling, reducing costs.
