该机适合科研单位、医院、学校、企业等单位用于中小型实验。该机是可以将粉体或细粉体一步制作成颗粒的设备。制粒过程不需要加粘合剂，不需干燥。可制作4~80目（5~0.2毫米）颗粒，颗粒的大小、硬度均可调整。制成的颗粒可直接包装，也可以用于压片、冲剂、灌冲胶囊等。时产量：0.5~3kg。该机配有水冷却装置，制粒过程不会出现高温以免造成物料变质。可加工热敏物料、易吸湿物料。设备全部采用优质不锈钢材料及卫生级密封件制作，不会对物料造成污染。为了满足个别用户的需求，也可采用防爆电机和电器件。该机具有占地面积小、拆卸清理方便、节能环保等特点。

工作原理Working principle
   原料进入加料斗之后，由锥形螺旋螺杆对物料进行脱气预压缩后再均匀的输送至两个相对运动的压辊中间进行压片，其压实力是通过油缸的推力由压辊传递给物料的，被压实的片状物料自动脱辊并进入破碎机进行整粒，颗粒大小可通过更换破碎机的筛网进行调节。破碎出的成品颗粒回收，

非成品可再次投入制粒机再造粒。颗粒的厚度和硬度可通过调节油缸的压力和送料、压片的速度等方式进行调节。

注：A型手动型与B型自动型的区别The difference between the A type manual and the B type automatic type

1、A型采用手动油泵，B型采用液压站电动油泵。

Type A uses manual oil pump, B adopts hydraulic station electric oil pump.

2、A型采用三个变频器需要分别手动调节，B型采用PLC人机界面，触摸屏控制。

The A type needs three frequency converters to be manually adjusted. B adopts PLC interface and touchscreen control.

3、B型可增加筛选机、除尘装置、和回料装置，A型没有此些功能。

The B type can increase the screening device, the dust removal device and the return device. Type A does not have such devices.

4、拆洗时，A型的送料斗需要手动转起，B型则是通过液压站自动升降。

5、B型在设备出现堵料现象时具有自动报警功能，压轮可反转，自动排除故障，A型没有此功能，需要人为排除故障。

The B type has automatic alarm function when the equipment appears plugging phenomenon, and the pressure wheel can rotate reversely and automatically exclude the fault. The A type does not have this function, and the fault should be eliminated manually.

注：以上两种机型只是操作时方便性的区别，其制粒原理和压片效果是一样的。
