High speed tablet press is a basic equipment suitable for mass production, which is used to press various granular raw materials into round and irregular pieces. Its structure is a dual pressure type, with two sets of feeding devices and two sets of wheels. 33 sets of stamping dies can be installed on the turntable, and 66 pieces can be pressed by rotating it once. The speed of the turntable, the filling depth of the material, and the thickness of the tablet can be adjusted during tablet pressing. The mechanical buffering device on the machine can prevent damage to components caused by overload. The machine is equipped with a powder suction box. The dust generated by the machine during operation can be absorbed through the suction nozzle, avoiding adhesion and blockage, and the raw materials can be recycled for reuse. Some pharmaceutical tablet presses should be equipped with a screening machine to remove burrs and dust during tablet pressing (more than twice), and must meet GMP standards.

 

工作原理operational principle

高速压片机的工作原理主要涉及机械力和压力的作用,通过高速旋转的模具将粉体货小颗粒等原料加压成所需的形状和大小。在高速压片机的工作中,药粉等原料首先会被送入挤压系统中,然后通过挤压装置加工成适合压片形式的颗粒和粉末。挤压装置会将刚刚加工好的粉末推向高速旋转的模具中,并按照所需的厚度和形状进行压制。在高速旋转的模具中,粉末会受到较高的压力和摩擦力,从而凝固成紧密的药片、口服片或片剂等制品。

此外,高速压片机的工作原理还包括填充定量预压主压成型出片等工序。上下冲头由冲盘带动,分别沿上下导轨由左向右运动。当冲头运动到填充段时,上冲头向上运动绕过强迫加料器,同时,下冲头经下拉凸轮作用向下移动,此时,下冲头上表面与模孔形成一个空腔,药粉颗粒经过强迫加料器叶轮搅拌填入中模孔空腔内。当下冲头经过下拉凸轮的最低点时形成过量填充。压片机冲头随冲盘继续运动,下冲头经过填充凸轮时逐渐向上运动,并将空腔内多余的药粉颗粒推出中模孔,进入定量段。在定量段,填充凸轮上表面为水平,下冲头保持水平运动状态,由定量刮板将中模上表面多余的药粉颗粒刮出,保证了每一中模孔内的药粉颗粒填充量一致。

The working principle of a high-speed tablet press mainly involves the action of mechanical force and pressure. The powder, small particles, and other raw materials are pressurized into the desired shape and size through a high-speed rotating mold. In the operation of the high-speed tablet press, raw materials such as medicinal powder are first fed into the extrusion system, and then processed into particles and powders suitable for tablet form through the extrusion device. The extrusion device will push the freshly processed powder into the high-speed rotating mold and press it according to the required thickness and shape. In a high-speed rotating mold, the powder is subjected to high pressure and friction, which solidifies into tightly packed products such as pills, oral tablets, or tablets.

In addition, the working principle of the high-speed tablet press also includes processes such as filling, quantification, pre pressing, main pressing and forming, and tablet output. The upper and lower punch heads are driven by the punch plate and move from left to right along the upper and lower guide rails. When the punch moves to the filling section, the upper punch moves upwards and bypasses the forced feeder. At the same time, the lower punch moves downwards under the action of the pull-down cam. At this time, the upper surface of the lower punch forms a cavity with the mold hole, and the powder particles are stirred and filled into the cavity of the middle mold hole through the forced feeder impeller. Excessive filling occurs when the current punch passes through the lowest point of the downward cam. The punch of the tablet press continues to move with the punch plate, and the lower punch gradually moves upwards as it passes through the filling cam, pushing the excess powder particles in the cavity out of the middle mold hole and into the quantitative section. In the quantitative section, the upper surface of the filling cam is horizontal, and the lower punch maintains a horizontal motion state. The quantitative scraper scrapes out the excess powder particles on the upper surface of the middle mold, ensuring that the amount of powder particles filled in each middle mold hole is consistent.


压片机定义Definition of tablet press

据名词术语标准,关于压片机有以下定义:
1)压片机械,将干性颗粒状或粉状物料通过模具压制成片剂的机械。
2)单冲式压片机,由一副模具作垂直往复运动的压片机。
3)旋转式压片机,由均布于旋转转台的多副模具按一定轨迹作垂直往复运动的压片机。
4)高速旋转式压片机,模具的轴心随转台旋转的线速度不低于60m/min的旋转式压片机。
