Flat rotary screen is another new type of screening equipment developed with foreign technology. This machine has the advantages of reasonable design, smooth operation, fully enclosed structure, dust-free dyeing, anti clogging, and anti sticking mesh, especially for urea screening with strong moisture absorption, high viscosity, and easy clogging and sticking mesh. Due to the adoption of the principle of planar rotational motion, the equipment's dynamic to static ratio and foundation dynamic load have been effectively reduced. This equipment adopts a flat rotary screening machine that vibrates up and down, and there is an automatic cleaning equipment under the screen. Compared with traditional linear screens, it has advantages such as improved screen life, low noise, and large screening area

 

工作原理operational principle

主要是利用偏心块的运动来实现的,它的运动形状是匀速往复回旋运动,倾角一般为4-9度。并通过驱动箱传给筛机,物料在进料端为水平圆运动,在长度方向上逐渐变成椭圆运动,最后在出料端变成近似往复直线运动。物料通过进料口进入筛体后,在振动力的作用下,能够较均匀地分布在平面回转筛分机的筛面上,并且下层较小的物料可以迅速通过筛网,上、下两层物料同时向出料端运动。

It is mainly achieved through the motion of eccentric blocks, which have a uniform reciprocating motion shape and an inclination angle of generally 4-9 degrees. And it is transmitted to the screening machine through the drive box. The material moves horizontally in a circular motion at the feeding end, gradually becoming elliptical in the length direction, and finally becoming approximately reciprocating linear motion at the discharge end. After the material enters the screen body through the feeding port, it can be evenly distributed on the screen surface of the flat rotary screening machine under the action of vibration force. The smaller material in the lower layer can quickly pass through the screen, and the upper and lower layers of material move towards the discharge end simultaneously.

设备结构Equipment structure

1. 筛箱包括筛框、筛网、筛格、弹簧卡和弹跳球等组件,其中,筛框由不锈钢材质或碳钢材质制作。筛框上安装有上、下两层筛网,筛网通过设置在筛格周边上的弹簧卡张紧在筛格上,弹跳球设置在筛格的方格内。顶盖为钢质结构一方面对筛箱起密封防尘作用,另一方面对筛框起压紧作用;顶盖上有四个观察窗,可以观察物料的运动情况和用来检修。筛箱由钢板铆合而成,它和顶盖形成一个封闭的结构,物料在其中得到充分的分级。 
2.驱动装置包括驱动器、电动机、锁紧套、万向轴、锁紧圆螺母、止动垫圈和锥套等组件,其中,锥套固定在筛框上,驱动器的驱动轴设置在锥套内并通过锁紧套来连接固定其位置。

The screen box includes components such as screen frame, screen mesh, screen frame, spring card, and bouncing ball, among which the screen frame is made of stainless steel or carbon steel material. There are two layers of screen mesh installed on the screen frame, upper and lower. The screen mesh is tensioned on the screen frame by spring clips set around the screen frame, and the bouncing ball is set inside the square of the screen frame. The top cover is made of steel structure, which not only seals and dusts the screen box, but also compresses the screen frame; There are four observation windows on the top cover, which can observe the movement of materials and be used for maintenance. The sieve box is made of steel plates riveted together, forming a closed structure with the top cover, in which the materials are fully graded.

2. The driving device includes components such as a driver, an electric motor, a locking sleeve, a universal shaft, a locking round nut, a stop washer, and a cone sleeve. The cone sleeve is fixed on the screen frame, and the driving shaft of the driver is set inside the cone sleeve and connected and fixed in position through the locking sleeve.
