   该机食品企业、化工企业、制药企业最常用的粉碎设备，可用于粉碎化工原料、五谷杂粮、中西药材等可粉碎上万种物料，该设备可配套降温设备，粉碎热敏性物料，如中药浸膏，提取物、糖类、树脂类物料，粉碎过程中无溶化及变质现象。另外设备也可增加除尘装置、自动出料装置、定量加料装置，以改善车间环境卫生及工人劳动强度等问题，粉碎细度：8-200目（可调），时产量可达50-3000kg，设备制材采用304不锈钢制造，密封件及物料接触部分均采用食品卫生级材料制作，完全符合食品卫生标准及医药GMP卫生标准。

工作原理operational principle

   该机由粉碎主机、旋风分离器、关风机、风机等部分组成。物料由加料斗进入粉碎室，通过高速旋转的齿盘进行粉碎，粉碎细度可通过更换粉碎机筛网进行调节，粉碎好的物料经旋转离心力和引风机的作用进入旋风分离器，然后通过关风机出料，粉尘进入除尘箱。该机按“GMP”标准设计，整机全部用不锈钢材料制造，粉碎过程中无粉尘飞扬。

    The machine consists of a crushing host, a cyclone separator, a shut-off fan, a fan, and other parts. The material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding hopper and is crushed through a high-speed rotating toothed disc. The fineness of the crushing can be adjusted by changing the screen of the crusher. 【粉碎齿盘可选】Crushing toothed disc optional

该机使用范围广，可粉碎上万种物料，但各物料特点不同，为了使每种物料都能达到最佳粉碎效果，我司设计了多种齿盘，根据物料特点选择最适合的齿盘。

This machine has a wide range of applications and can crush tens of thousands of materials, but each material has different characteristics. In order to achieve the best crushing effect for each material, our company has designed multiple tooth discs and selected the most suitable one based on the material characteristics.

【降温方式可选】Cooling method optional

     该机粉碎大部分物料不需要增加降温装置，但是粉碎一些特别热敏性物料时需要增加降温装置，以防止物料受热变性，物料粘壁堆积或筛网堵塞等现象。降温方式有两种：分别是水冷式和风冷式。

This machine does not require the addition of a cooling device for crushing most materials, but for crushing some particularly heat sensitive materials, a cooling device needs to be added to prevent material denaturation, wall sticking, or screen blockage. There are two cooling methods: water-cooled and air-cooled.

水冷式：该机有两个部位可加水 冷装置分别是：粉碎主轴部位和 粉碎仓壁部位，水源可使用普通 常温自来水或使用水冷机制冷后 的低温液体。制冷效果取决于水 温
风冷式：在水冷的基础上增加冷 风机，冷风机出风管道连接粉碎 机粉碎仓，连续向粉碎仓注入低 温冷风，冷风与粉碎齿盘和物料 直接接触降温效果更佳。制冷效 果取决于冷风机制冷温度。

【电机电器可选】Optional  motor and electrical  appliances 该机常用电机有三种：普通电机， 防尘防水电机和防爆电机。对于 一些特殊物料，电器开关也可采 用防爆开关或防爆式电器箱。另 外还可以增加变频器调节粉碎齿 盘转速。

【加料方式可选】Optional feeding method

  对于一些流动型较好或者较差的物料，为了防止物料进料速度太快或下料不稳定现象，可增加小螺旋定量喂料装置,设置好进料速度后，将物料倒入加料仓不需要人看守。另外还可在加料仓上增加其他输送设备，比如螺旋加料机、真空加料机、皮带输送机等连接其他设备直接向粉碎机投料。

For some materials with good or poor fluidity, in order to prevent the phenomenon of too fast feeding speed or unstable feeding, a small spiral quantitative feeding device can be added. After setting the feeding speed, the materials can be poured into the feeding bin without the need for human supervision. In addition, other conveying equipment can be added to the feeding bin, such as screw feeders, vacuum feeders, belt conveyors, etc., which can be connected to other equipment and directly fed into the crusher.

【出料方式可选】Optional discharge method

  该机出料方式有多种：布袋收集式，料桶收集式，关风机控制式等，也可以在出料口处增加其他输送设备，比如螺旋加料机、真空加料机、皮带输送机等将粉碎好的物料直接输送到其他设备，如包装机、混合机、反应釜等

【旋风除尘式】该机型在简易除尘的基础上增加了旋风分离器和星型卸料阀。该机除尘效果好，出料方便，只要在出料口下面放置料桶或者包装袋即可，不需要密封。也可在出料口处连接其他输送机，直接将粉碎好的物料输送到其他设备，如包装机、混合机、反应釜等。除尘箱过滤袋清理方式手动摇杆拍打式	【脉冲除尘式】该机在旋风除尘的基础上增加了脉冲反吹装置，该机除具备旋风除尘设备所有优点外又优化了过滤袋清理方式，将手动摇杆拍打方式改为通过喷吹压缩空气的方法除掉过滤袋上附着的粉尘。该机自动化程度高。操作更方便
