工作原理operational principle

    物料由料斗经螺旋输送器进入粉碎室，被高速旋转的刀片剪切粉碎，通过负压风运的方法把物料运入旋风分离器，落入出料口，再由关风机控制出料。灰尘由风机吸入除尘箱经布袋过滤回收，生产过程中无粉尘飞扬，操作简单，一人即可完成所有操作，降低企业成本。

The material enters the crushing chamber through a spiral conveyor from the hopper, is sheared and crushed by high-speed rotating blades, and is transported into a cyclone separator through negative pressure air transportation, falling into the discharge port, and then controlled by the fan to discharge. Dust is sucked into the dust removal box by the fan, filtered and recycled through a cloth bag. During the production process, there is no dust flying, and the operation is simple. One person can complete all operations, reducing enterprise costs.
