    本机是将粉体制造成圆柱型颗粒的制粒机，适用于制药、食品、冲剂、化工、固体饮料、保健品、农药、电池、水处理、饲料等行业，颗粒大小、硬度可调，颗粒均匀。

工作原理Working principle

    螺杆挤出机分单螺杆型和双螺杆型，挤出形式有前出料和侧出料二种。干粉体加入适量水混合均匀后投入造粒机，粉体进入制粒仓后在螺旋杆旋转的作用下向前推进，制粒仓前段安装带有圆孔的网板。物料经过螺杆挤压穿过网板后形成圆柱形长条形颗粒，再经过前端的旋转刀割成固定长度的圆柱形小颗粒。从而实现将粉体制作成均匀的圆柱型颗粒的目的。颗粒形状为圆柱状，成品颗粒直径和长度可以调节

    Screw extruders are divided into single screw and double screw types, with two extrusion forms: front discharge and side discharge. After adding an appropriate amount of water to the dry powder and mixing it evenly, it is put into the granulator. After entering the granulator, the powder is pushed forward by the rotation of the screw rod. A mesh plate with circular holes is installed in the front section of the granulator. The material is squeezed through a mesh plate by a screw to form cylindrical elongated particles, which are then cut into small cylindrical particles of fixed length by a rotating knife at the front end. Thus achieving the goal of making the powder into uniform cylindrical particles. The particle shape is cylindrical, and the diameter and length of the finished particle can be adjusted
