该机适用于制药、化工、食品、电池材料等行业中、小袋物料的拆包、释放、筛分、卸料。开箱时，由于集尘风扇的作用，可避免物料粉尘四处飞扬。物料拆包后倒入下一道工序，只需人工拆包后放入系统。物料通过振振筛(安全筛网)，振振筛能截留大的物料和异物，保证颗粒合格排出。

This machine is suitable for unpacking, releasing, screening, and unloading small bag materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and battery materials. When opening the box, due to the function of the dust collection fan, it can prevent material dust from flying around. After unpacking, the materials are poured into the next process, and only need to be manually unpacked and placed in the system. The material passes through a vibrating screen (safety screen), which can intercept large materials and foreign objects, ensuring the qualified discharge of particles.

无尘投料站是利用负压集尘的中转装置，适用于中转物料在生产过程中的开袋和投料。能够将物料先储存，后输送，与集尘系统配合使用，有效避免粉尘飞扬。料仓锥形部分配有振动器，有助于物料的流动。可在料仓内安装筛分系统，防止结块物料堵塞下料口及输送管道。根据用户需求而设计，将投料时产生的物料尘粉等和相关设备与人体 进行有效隔离，从而在风机的负压工况下将尘粉吸到过滤系统中，使 气体和物料分离，当物料集聚多时，因自重落入料仓。

The dust-free feeding station is a transfer device that utilizes negative pressure dust collection, suitable for the opening and feeding of transfer materials during the production process. The material can be stored first, then transported, and used in conjunction with a dust collection system to effectively prevent dust from flying. The conical part of the silo is equipped with a vibrator, which helps with the flow of materials. A screening system can be installed inside the silo to prevent blockages in the discharge port and conveying pipeline caused by agglomerated materials. Designed according to user needs, the material dust and related equipment generated during feeding are effectively isolated from the human body, so that the dust and powder are sucked into the filtration system under the negative pressure condition of the fan, separating the gas and material. When the material accumulates too much, it falls into the material bin due to its own weight.
