工作原理operational principle

超声波振动筛分系统是由超声波谐振电源、振荡器、共振环组成。超声波谐振电源产生的高频电振荡由振荡器转换成高频正弦形式的纵向振荡波，这些振荡波传到共振环上使共振环产生共振，然后由共振环将振动均匀传输至筛面。筛网上的物料在做低频三次元振动的同时，叠加上超声波振动，既可防止网孔堵塞，又可提高筛分产量和质量。

The ultrasonic vibration screening system is composed of an ultrasonic resonant power supply, an oscillator, and a resonant ring. The high-frequency electrical oscillation generated by the ultrasonic resonant power supply is converted into a high-frequency sinusoidal longitudinal oscillation wave by the oscillator. These oscillation waves are transmitted to the resonant ring to generate resonance, and then the resonance ring uniformly transmits the vibration to the screen surface. The material on the sieve is subjected to low-frequency three-dimensional vibration, combined with ultrasonic vibration, which can prevent mesh blockage and improve screening yield and quality.
